• Technical data needed to deliver the website (such as IP address and access logs) processed by our hosting provider as a processor.

• Responding to enquiries — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in answering customer questions).

4. Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then deleted or archived according to statutory commercial retention rules where applicable. Server logs are retained for a short period for security.

Data may be processed by hosting, email and IT service providers acting on our instructions (Art. 28 GDPR). We do not sell personal data. Transfers outside the EEA occur only with suitable safeguards where required.
